I am ecstatic! As you can tell by the entry title. WHY? Because, I have been invited by the head Anesthesiologist at Piedmont Surgical Center to "have a look around" and see if I like the idea of being a Surgery Tech. If I do, then I'll get started at GTCC for 1-2 semesters (including a summer term.) I'm so happy about this opportunity. I'll either find a way to fit my BIO degree into a career or I'll learn that ST is not for me. At that point, I'll pursue Nutrition.
